I really enjoyed this great hotel. The rooms were neat with kitchens. The location for El Paso was good, just next door to the Twin Peaks restaurant and airport terminal.

Had a such wonderful stay for the one night we stayed there, everything was good. The rooms with a bathtub or counter and kitchens and equipments for cooking were cheap. The staff was accommodating, provided a smooth check-in and a late check-out. The airport was 5 minutes drive from the place.

Everything was great, peaceful location really close to airport, shops, comfortable experience. The staff seemed courteous;)))

Carpet was dirty, no coffee, no breakfast, poor cable, shelf broke in closet.

We love staying at this hotel every time we visit El Paso. The location is great, close to El Paso, the airport, and Twin Peaks restaurant. McDonald's is just 1 mile away, which is convenient for quick meals.

They dont care about reservations, and for pets its a 50usd fee. So cheapest room with pets its around 100, if you get to have one. For +100usd you can move to a hotel with more stars and that they respect your reservation.

The staff friendliness

mattress to hard & the tube not adequate for handicap person almost fell when getting out.

The room here is absolutely perfect, reasonably spacious, and includes a kitchen with cooking equipment.

Convenient location and nice amenities.

Had to convince the staff to honor the rate given by Booked.net. There was clear evidence of prostitution going on the 2 rooms above ours.

A little off the interstate compared to other hotels but the price made it worth it.

Our stay for one night at Extended Stay America Suites in El Paso was great. We really enjoyed the room, especially with its cooking facilities. the location was fantastic, being close to the airport, downtown El Paso, and many restaurants. Plus, having Twin Peaks restaurant right in front of the hotel was convenient.

reception staff: very considerate and accommodating

would have helped to have clothes hangers in the closet--I didn't bring any and had to hang suit on chair. Just a minor annoyance.

The staff was nice

I had to keep going to the front to get items like toilet paper, and a coffee maker, and coffee. This is the second time I have stayed here and everytime there was an issue with the room.
